CHARLES G. KRATTENMAKER, JR.
Charles G. Krattenmaker, Jr. was born in Camden, New Jersey. Mr. Krattenmaker attended Harvard University, where he received his B.A., cum laude, in 1965 and his LL.B, cum laude, in 1968.

Mr. Krattenmaker is a co-founder of the firm. In his current practice, Mr. Krattenmaker primarily represents business and real estate clients on a broad range of matters, handling a wide range of transactions and providing general business advice. Mr. Krattenmaker also is very active in estate planning and tax planning for individual clients.

Mr. Krattenmaker is a member of the Massachusetts bar.
